Such a lovely, intimate poolside setting, we loved the Shishito Peppers and Watermelon - they were like a smack in the face with a hot hand followed by a sweet summer kiss. We had crisp, clean edamame and a sashimi platter, that was perfectly balanced with velvety, tender morsels.

Best bread pudding I’ve ever had. Let me start by saying that the food is on another level. The quality, freshness, and flavor What we ordered: Ox tail fried rice Sushi rolls Fig bread pudding Rock shrimp Everything we ordered was impressive - from the plating to the flavors. I will be back to make my way through the menu. Highly recommend you try the bread pudding - it was the table favorite. The server we had also told us it’s the only dessert made daily so once they run out for the day, that’s it. Blue Ribbon

Phenomenal sushi! I came here for a birthday dinner and was pleasantly surprised. Both sushi rolls were tasty, fresh, and made me want to try more. The restaurant is located inside of a hotel, and there's options for indoor and outdoor seating by the pool. Outdoor has a romantic vibe, and indoors feels more sushi-restaurant. Great place for a date, but also to come with friends! There was so much I wanted to order, but my stomach wouldn't allow it. Will come back to try more!

The sushi is good here. The sushi chef working behind the counter on my visit was quite skilled. I was treated to an amuse-bouche of hamachi. It was lovely. I came for lunch so only the lunch menu was available. Seemed a little pared down compared to the dinner menu. Guess I’ll have to come back for dinner! Interesting take on their miso soup here. The miso paste comes separate from the broth and you stir in the miso paste yourself to your liking. A little different. It was a pleasant lunch in a chill and relaxed environment. Service was great (which is surprisingly hard to come by in this town). I was very pleased and would come back again.

Definitely one of the best sushi experiences I’ve had in my life and my wife felt the same (and we’ve eaten a lot)! The flavors were perfectly balanced and nothing was about novelty, only quality and freshness (the uni special was delicious, sweet, and briny - I was on the search for it this trip and was pleasantly surprised they had it...I haven’t had uni so good since San Francisco)The ambience sitting outside elevated the experience and the service was attentive and sincere (we brought our 1 year old daughter and they made it a point to make her smile and feel special as well..even though she was a bit tired/hangry). We were lucky to be within walking distance from our hotel. Highly recommend...food and service are top notch! Will definitely return next time we’re in the area. I am a chef and appreciate these types of places that do elevated cuisine without the pretentiousness

The first time I dined here was when I was visiting Miami & as a tourist I really appreciated that I did not have to venture far from my relaxing hotel room to get some incredible sushi. Fast forward years later and now that I live in Miami, it’s still one of my favorite spots to eat in the entire city! The entire team at The Plymouth makes you feel welcomed, and the ambience is always so relaxing & beautiful. The bartenders are kind & attentive, and social happy hour is really great prices! The shishito peppers are incredible, perfectly paired with the spicy margarita! My favorite item on the entire menu is the wagyu gyoza, you must try! Thank you to the entire team front & back. I recommend Blue Ribbon Sushi to all my friends & family. Every single time I visit, it’s amazing quality! Even when I order it to-go, they have quick service & delicious rolls.
